Runner 10 = Sarah

Legs....
Gregg should be able and ready to run any leg position needed.....I unfortunately will probably need to look at the lower mileage ones now. I had hoped to not be in this position but the recovery from my summer stress fracture and fall surgery has really sidelined my training.

Re: Race Legs - who/what
While I wish I knew for sure I could run longer, I may have to request position 5 since my pace is so slow right now and I'm coming off injury. I would be happy to try a different position if someone else had their heart set on this position but I think in fairness to the team the slow poke in van 1 should take the short legs...LOL....

Leg Requests
I can run whatever leg I need to. My wife, Sarah, would like runner 10 or 11. Somebody's got to take the easy one!

This is Sarah. My pace for 3 miles is about 9 min/mile. Probably about the same for 2 miles and maybe slightly slower for 4 miles. I actually have only ran once since we did Ragnar Las Vegas in October but I will be good to go by January.

Re: Race Legs - who/what
Thanks Sarah!!.....yah, just have a fun race, don't worry about pace/speed....you want to run slow?...we'll support that....you want to PR, run fast?...we'll support that too....its alllll good.
Re: Race Legs - who/what
I can totally take on a longer leg if you don't have people dead set on Positions #8 and #9. Runner #12 would definitely be a challenge but... Otherwise, I'm just pumped to be a part of it! Let me know!

Hi all! Ok Andy would like to be Runner 7, and I'd like to be runner 8 (or 9). Can't wait for the race, we are training hard!

Re: Race Legs - who/what
Ok, great...I put you on the spreadsheet for position 7 & 8.
What are each of your average pace for those legs? ....dosent have to be "spot-on", just want a rough estimate to add to the timing spreadsheet...gives people an indication of what time of day they are running.
The spreadsheet is in one of the other posts ...i forget which one,
Thanks

Legs 10,11,or 8
I can do 10,11 or if really needed 8. Not looking to test the knee on longer distances yet.

Dave would like runner 9. If it is still available. I don't know if he gave you a pace before now but if not his pace is 9:45.
